Got the Gossip?
The girls are back (plus the guys), as Gossip Girl is busy shooting the third series. Not only does it mean a ton load of new scandals, relationship hoping, guest stars (including Hilary Duff!), but it also mean a brand new wardrobe. With a fashion line with Anna Sui hitting target stores soon, we thought we give you a sneak peak at the latest outfits some of the characters will be wearing:
Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester)
Never one to shy away from block bold colours, one of B's first eyecatching outfits is this vamp red Carmontelle dress from Victoria Beckham's autumn collection. A perfect match with B's headband, but I wouldnt expect to own it to soon, as it retails at £1,595! Out second outfit is this metallic floural tone dress by Burberry (Belted Brocade Dress), matched with some very usual footwear, in a set of Michel Perry Lace Up Platform, but for Blair, it kinda works! The dress retails at $2,595.00, and the shoes at around $795.00.
Serena Van Der Woodsen (Blake Lively)
Serena has always been our source for hippy style, care free fashion, and for season 3, that looks to keep going. I am loving Serena's tie dye vest by Chelsea Flower matched with a relax tank by Alexander Wang, teamed with black shorts and brown booties. This outfit is classic Serena. The vest retails at about $363 while the tanks retails at $74. The next outfit is 100% Blake, as this pic comes from Blake arriving on set. The Black and Orange tone outfit is so fab on Blake, and whats more it's highstreet. The knitted top comes from UK brand Topshop and retails at $65. The shoes however, not so much highstreet being Jimmy Choos. The Eliza sandals retail at about $635. But who cares when they look that good.
Jenny Humphrey (Taylor Momsen)
Will the real Jenny Humphrey please stand up. This season is all about the long ash blonde hair, and everything dark and black. Punk Rock is Jenny's style icon. In our first outfit Jenny rocks a v-neck stripe t-shirt, pefectly matching with her suspender shorts, and cut Givenchy heals. The heals retail at just under a grand at $975. Next we see Jenny rocking this minidress by Emilio Pucci, matching it with some elf stlye booties, metallics all the way!
Vanessa Abrams (Jessica Szohr)
Vanessa is definatly our queen of prints. And in season 3, this doesnt look like its gonna stop. Out first outfit features a Nanette Lepore Jeweled top, and the best shorts I have even seen, by Tibi. The top retails at $280 and the Navajo short at $328. And for the second outfit, Vanessa turned toward the print house Tibi again. The Maori Strapless Dress will set you back $365.
