Ah England. Starting place for many of the music industry's biggest bands, and the home base for internationally known superstars such as The Cure, The sex Pistols, and of course, The Beatles. However, for the past few years, The UK's music scene has remained relatively... quiet. That is, until now.

With moshpit inducing guitar riffs and bass lines heavy enough to convert even the most avid pop fan, The Blackout have been quickly increasing thier fan base in thier home country, Wales. However, after being signed to punk-powerhouse label Epitaph, they are now focused on gaining fans from around the world, and currently possess slots on Warped tour, as well as both The Leeds and Reading festivals. Not bad at all for a band who released thier debut album only two years ago. Now after thier second album, THE BEST IN TOWN, they are in anything but a sophomore slump, and are even rumored to be playing at the next Download festival, an honor for musicians at any level, and an incredible feat for such a new band.
