It's that time of year in the USA. The networks are bringing back new season of all your favorite shows (Including Grey's Anatomy, Veronica Mars, Lost, One Tree Hill and more) as well as unveiling your future favorites. There are a total of nearly 30 new dramas and sitcoms debuting this month. Unfortunately I don't have the time to bring you info on all of them so I'm choosing out the four shows I'm most looking forward to seeing.
#1 - Heroes:
Hyped as the new Lost; Heroes centers around a group of normal everyday people who suddenly awake one day and discover they have various super powers.
The show features an ensemble cast that includes newcomers and familiar faces. Most well known to Portrait's readers would be Hayden Panettiere (Ice Princess, Bring it on: All or Nothing) who plays a cheerleader who can't be killed, Milo Ventimiglia (Gilmore Girls, American Dreams) who plays Peter, a young man who believes he can fly and Ali Larter (Final Destination) a woman who discovers her mirror image has a secret.
While most of the characters live in America one young man who can stop time with sheer will power resides in Japan and it is a genetics professor in India who uncovers the theory that there are people with super powers living among us.
