We begin with Nick asking Nora to pretend to be his girlfriend when he sees his ex-girlfriend with a new man. From their first kiss the pair then journey into a night that they will never forget. It’s a great ride to see these two get closer and even though it’s obvious where the story is heading it’s still an enjoyable read to see it all come together.

In When it happens by Susanne Colasant two unlikely high school students Sara and Tobey start to fall for each other. Sara is overjoyed that true love is happening to her at last but of course things don’t always go right. The story is told from different points of views which makes this somewhat clichéd story different from the others. It is still however a pleasant read and it even boasts an infamous scene from the popular 80s film Say Anything.
