ConnectingChannels
Connecting Channels consists of two young men from rival children's television networks who hang out and make music. Sterling Knight of Disney's Sonny With A Chance and Matt Shively of Nickelodeon's True Jackson, VP have been friends for a long time, and they both have a love for music in addition to their comedic acting skills. The videos they post feature the two of them doing acoustic covers of popular songs, and they're really good. They both have voices that lend themselves perfectly to acoustic rock. And you don't have to worry that you've been missing out because they've only got a couple of videos up so far, but there is a promise of more to come in 2010...

Forever 21 Inc
Go behind the scenes of your favorite fashion store, Forever 21. Early this year, California-based Forever 21 Inc launched "21 TV." The channel is designed to tie in with their blog, titled "The Skinny." Given that 21 TV currently has only five uploads and a thousand subscribers (a minuscule number compared to their 950,000 Facebook fans), it is safe to say there are still plans in the works for this newborn channel. Already, you can watch photo shoots with professional models wearing the Forever 21 apparel, join pop singers on shopping sprees, and get explanations of Forever 21's latest plus-sized line "Faith 21." And if you watch the videos through their blog, you are guaranteed beautiful artwork and photography along with the embedded video footage...

Glee on Fox
As you may have guessed based on the name for this particular YouTube account, it is focused entirely on the television series Glee. In fact, it is the official YouTube channel put in place by Fox for the series. Everything that appears on the channel is “bonus footage” for fans of the show. There are previews of episodes and songs before they air, interviews with the cast and crew, even behind-the-scenes videos from filming. One of the interesting types of videos the network posts is the “Meet the Cast” feature, one of which you can see above. Interviews with the cast member in question allow you to learn what they like about being on the show, how they came to be cast on the show, and other little tidbits of information. It's the perfect channel to check out while the series is on its hiatus.
