So you’ve been acting since you were 4 years old! Isn’t that quite young to choose a career?
Sure it is at four. It was just for fun and I wasn’t thinking long-term. When I got a little older I realized this is what I really want to do. I wanted to become a serious actress like Natalie Portman or Angelina Jolie.

You’ve acted both on television and movies. Which do you prefer and why?
I enjoy both film and television. It gives me the opportunity to play different characters on screen. If I had to choose, I would pick film because I feel you have more freedom to express yourself.

Can you tell us a bit about your upcoming projects.
I just finished filming “A Thousand Words” with Eddie Murphy and Allison Janney. Brian Robbins is directing the film. Everyone was AWESOME! I also have two other films coming out this year. “Opposite Day” and “Nic and Tristan”. In “Opposite Day” I play one of the leads Carla Benson an adorable, goody two shoes. In “Nic and Tristan” I play Lisa the gadget obsessed tomboy. Both movies are super Kool with a capital “K”.

Out of all your movies, which was your favourite to film and why?
All the movies I have filmed are my favorites. Each new role comes with a new challenge.

Out of all the characters you’ve played, which are you most alike to and why?
I am a little bit like Trixie in “Speed Racer”. I am loyal to the people I love, I am tough yet girly, and I can throw a mean punch!

Apart from acting, you also sing in a band. Are you planning to develop that into a career?
Yes. In my spare time, my best friend Courtney and I write songs and record them. It’s just another way that I can express myself.

If you had to choose, which would you pick? Singing or acting?
I really enjoy them both, but if I had to choose it would be acting.

You’re only 10 years old yet you’ve achieved so much. What do you hope to achieve by the time you’re 18 years old?
By the time I’m eighteen I hope to achieve respect in the industry from my peers. I am so lucky to have worked with the many directors I have and to be a part of major studio films.

Isn’t it difficult to balance being a regular kid with your career? Most 10 year olds don’t have jobs…
I don’t consider acting a job. Its so much fun! When I am not acting, I chill with my friends, Chip, Oana, and Courtney. We go to the movies, we go shopping, and we jump on my trampoline. My dad also likes to throw BBQs.

You promote helping the environment. What tips would you give to our readers about being green?
Tips I would give your readers about the environment are to use the three R’s, Renew, Reuse, and Recycle. Also unplug your appliances when not in use. Every little bit helps.

If you could go anywhere, where would you go?
If I could go anywhere I would go back in time to the year 1516 to be with Queen Katherine of Aragon and Mary Queen of Scotts. I enjoy reading about ancient history.

What are your hobbies?
My hobbies are singing, writing, and reading. I just read the book Twilight. Now I am on New Moon, the second book to the series. I can’t wait for the movie to come out. I can’t put it down!!!!

Which is your favourite sport?
My favorite sports are track, soccer, and tennis.

What’s your Favourite type of music?
I like all kinds of music. Christina Aguilera is one of my faves. You know what type of music I like the best? My music! LOL! (Laugh Out Loud)

Describe your Daily routine
My daily routine consists of a yummy breakfast, then schoolwork, next lunch, then recess, and finally listening to music on my IPOD TOUCH.

If you were stuck on a desert island with only three things, what would they be and why?
If I was stuck on a desert island, with only three things, I would choose a grocery store, a library, and my family. I need to eat, I love to read, and I can’t be without my family.

(Whisper) I still eat BANANA BABYFOOD….(Don’t tell anyone! SHHHH!!! )

My nickname is Ari.

What’s your favourite Disney movie?
My favorite Disney movie is Bambi II.

What irrationally annoys you?
Traffic irrationally annoys me.

No, my parents feel I am too young for myspace.
