Your single, “So Close” came out recently! How did that feel?
Beyond amazing!! I was so nervous for it to come out, and when it finally did, I was thrilled by the responses!
What’s the song about?
Well, the idea for the song stemmed from a personal experience. It's about when you have a crush on someone that you don't necessarily know directly, so it's that more elusive crush. I hope the song captures that vulnerable, wishful feeling you get when you like someone you don't know personally!
Your song is country. Is all your music in the country genre?
My music is classified as 'pop country', so yep!
Are you going to be releasing an album soon?
Yeah, the date of the album release is June 30th.
Will you be touring the US once it comes out?
YES! I cannot wait!!! :)
You’re also an actress. Are you currently focusing on music and leaving acting, or trying to balance both?
Definitely balancing both. I have a strong, strong passion for acting, so I don't ever think I could leave it!

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Hopefully - writing, directing, and acting in movies. Making music that people enjoy and connect with. Being just as close to my family and good friends as I am now!

What’s the weirdest rumour you’ve heard about yourself?
That I'm dating Jerry Trainor - who plays Spencer on "iCarly". He's 32. I'm 16. I don't think so. hahaha. But I love him like a brother!!

What make-up item could you not live without?
Mascara. I've got light eyelashes, so they don't really show up without it!
