So I have heard a few of your songs! Do you write your own songs?
Hey there. thanks for letting me do this! I'm excited.
Let's see. The songs on myspace I did not write. My very talented producer wrote or co-wrote most of those. I'm starting a new cd where I will be co-writing everything. I'm really excited about that. I love writing music about subjects people can relate to. It's the best part of being a singer.
If you had to choose one of your songs which is your favorite and why?
"Damned If I Do" because I think a lot of people can relate to it with different situations in their lives. It's also the most fun song to sing.
I like your song Damned If I Do! How did you come up with that song?
HAHA! SEE?! People like this one. This song is about LIFE in general. Relationships, family, school, whatever. Basically anything. Sometimes, you just feel like no matter how hard you try, things just don't go you're way. It's a simple fact of life. I sing this one when I'm having a bad day.
Would you say you enjoy writing, recording, or performing live best and why?
I love to perform live. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing fans sing your songs. I love to ROCK OUT on stage and energy is the most important thing when I do a live performace. I want the audience to get tired from watching me haha. I absolutely love it.
When did you start performing and how?
I starting performing when I was a kid. I used to get up on a table and dress up like Madonna. I would perform her "Virgin Tour" DVD for my entire family. Embarrassing right? My parents enrolled me in dance and acting classes and it's all history from there.
Who would you say has had the biggest musical influence on you and why?
I have too many influences to name. I take a lot from old classic rock artists... I believe this was when music was at its best. But my favorite newer artist is Kelly Clarkson.
So I heard you act also? What have you acted in?
I have done a lot of Musical Theater and Off Broadway shows. My most recent being the play "DEAR MAUDIE" in New York City. I've been in some independent films and voice-over commericials too!
Have you signed with a label yet or no?
I have not signed with a label yet. I'm working hard to get a contract though! Keep your fingers crossed for me!
Do you have a CD out or working on one yet?

What is your favorite part about performing and why?
I love the rush I get when I'm on stage. It's like a rollercoaster. I live for thrills. I'm also a real show-off. hahaha
Some people have special rituals they do before a show do you have any?
WELL... I freak out sometimes. I still freak out. I usually run in place.... I probably have WAY too much energy. I tend to talk a lot too....
Who would be the biggest supporter of you do you think such as your family or who?
My biggest supporters would have to be my mom and dad. They sacraficed a lot for me to get to do this. It's a tough business and they are always here for me. I'm kind of a drama queen! But they're the best. Love you mom and dad!

If you were giving one piece of advice to aspiring performers what would it be?
Don't ever, EVER, EVER give up!!! it's 90% hard work and ambition. Believe in yourself and WORK HARD. You'll make it happen.
