We're always looking for new people to contribute to Portrait and be a part of our awesome family and here's your chance to join!
We have nearly twenty columns that we need to find writers for, we always need new reviewers for Portrait Reviews and we often need graphic designers to help out with various things for the magazine.
You don't need to be from a certain country to join Portrait. We have writers from more then ten different countries. You do need to be able to write/speak English though.
What we're looking for:
People with enough spare time to write an article for Portrait each month (only take an hour or so)
People who are self motivated and enjoy writing
People who will stick and not lose interest after a month or two.
People with good ideas who are able to offer suggestions and come up with their own ideas for articles.
We're also looking for people who can proofread articles, code (HTML) articles, find images for articles and type up interviews.

Some things to include:
Your age
If you've had any experience writing for a school newspaper or other magazine. (if you're applying to be a graphic designer list how long you've been making graphics etc.)
What you're interested in writing about (if you're applying to be a graphic designer; what you're interested in designing)
Something you've written (IE: Reviews, school paper, short story etc.) (if applying to be a graphic designer; a graphic you created.)
Note: All writers work for Portrait Magazine on a voluntary basis. They don't get paid but simply write for the love of it as well as the great practice and experience that comes with working for the magazine.
Response time:
We appreciate your applications but due to the quantity of e-mails we receive, we generally take between two weeks and a month to respond. We do always respond to applications so if you don't receive a response right away, please be patient.
