The band, which consists of lead singer Hayley Williams, the brothers Josh and Zac Farro (lead guitarist; drummer), bassist Jeremy Davis and guitarist Taylor York, released their first single "Pressure" on the soundtrack for the game "The Sims 2 " (only on the console system version).
The album "All we know is falling" hit gold status on October 20, 2009.
Paramore released their second album "Riot!" on June 12, 2007 and their third album "Brand New Eyes" on September 29, 2009.
All we know
The opening track "All we know" is one of the only songs on the whole album that are into the "hard rock scene". The song inspired the band to call their debut album "All we know is falling".
Pressure
"Pressure" was the first single from Paramore, and has been featured in the console system version of "The Sims 2".
Emergency
The best thing about the track "Emergency" is when Hayley sings "I guess we have an emergency, I think we have an emergency" through the megaphone, which sounds very cool.
Brighter
The song "Brighter" starts with slow vocals and turns out to be a fast song later on.
Here we go again
This song features a very cool guitar melody and is a totally catchy tune. The demo version originally had another verse but it was cut off from the album version. You still can find the demo live version on many Paramore fansites.
Let this go
"Let this go" or "Never let this go" (both are possible, there has been a huge discussion about what the right one is) is one of the upbeat rocking songs on the album.
Whoa
"Whoa" is such a party track. You just wanna get up, raise your voice and start to jump around. Because they "got everybody singing Whoa".
Conspiracy
This track reminds me a bit of "Brighter" because it also features a faster melody/chorus and slow verses. You could easily replace them or mix them up.
Franklin
"Franklin" is a song that features a lot of background vocals by guitarist Josh Farro, who is a very brilliant singer. The combination between Hayley and Josh fits very good to the whole arrangement of the song.
My Heart
Best track to end the debut album by Paramore. "My Heart" comes with a heavy beat and a screaming voice singing "This heart it beats, beats for only you".
After listening to Paramore's debut album "All we know is falling" i came to the conclusion that this is not their best album at all. You can definitely hear that the lyrics were written by teenagers and for teenagers which isn't a bad thing at all, but i wish there would be more drum sounds in the songs.
