Carrie Underwood: Some Hearts - by Natalie

American Idol Carrie Underwood debuts with her album, Some Hearts. I think Carrie really enjoyed doing her album because this is the kind of music I think she really likes, soulful, country music.

I liked Some Hearts quite well, although I’m more into pop-rock, Greenday, Pussycat Dolls kind of stuff. Some Hearts actually had quite a few catchy tunes and I think it will appeal to most people although the genre is leaning more to country/soul music.

One song that really touched me was Jesus Take the Wheel because it was about (I think) a girl whose life is out of control and now turns back to Jesus for help desperately. Some Hearts was really catchy and her vocals in Inside your Heaven was really good. An Awesome listen.
