Clemency's album 'The beauty of it all' is a fantastic debut from the Indie band. With a mellow rock sound and strong vocals the CD is a collection of uplifting songs about faith.
'Hunger' talks about the hungering we all feel for greater love.
'All the Way' is a song about not giving in and finding strength in God
'Wonderful' is a great worship song. 'You're wonderful, the works of your hands hang on your every word'
The upbeat track 'Life' is a song about the abundant life God has given us
Another upbeat track 'Live like the saved' talks about living through the hard times, the rainy days knowing the joy of being saved. 'You took a trip up the rainbow to find your pot of gold but when you found it to your surprise, it didn't even shine'
'Doris' is a heartwarming love song 'She's like a feather on the wind, with nothing to believe in, not even in the wind she's floating' on
My personal favorite 'Jump' is a slow song about jumping into faith.
'Beyond Earth's shadows'
The title track 'The Beauty of it all' is a great song about the beauty of God's unfailing love, the chorus is especially beautiful.
'Picturesque' features deep and poetical lyrics with a strong message 'Life not's picturesque, it's only a glimpse of whats to be. Don't go missing life, waiting on paradise.' One of my favorites on the CD.
'It's your Love' is another great, thoughtful worship song.
'Come Around' Another beautiful song about God's love.
'Far Away' the longest track on the album Far Away incorporates some special effects in the opening and comes off as one of the more noticeable tracks on the album. Another of my favorites.
