High School Musical 2 - Review by Charlotte

What Time Is It? - This is the opening song and is definitely one of the most catchy ones! And it's perfect for Summer! Performed by the whole cast 10/10

Fabulous - The lyrics are absolutely ridiculous but that just makes it more lovable as it's exactly what Sharpay is all about. Performed by Sharpay and Ryan. 9/10

Work This Out - This song is all about the wildcats being a bit disappointed by their summer jobs but still getting through it because they know it will be worth it in the end. Vocals aren't great on this one but still very catchy and a good song overall. 8/10

You Are The Music In Me - This song is really nice and very uplifting. Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron produce good vocals on this song. 9/10

I Don't Dance - Quite different from the rest with an edge of jazz to it in some parts. Very catchy. One that will be stuck in your head for a long time. Performed by Chad and Ryan 8/10

You Are The Music In Me (Sharpay Version) - Sharpay steals the song and gets Troy to sing it with her. An up tempo version of the ballad that Troy and Gabriella sing earlier in the film. 9/10

Gotta Go My Own Way - One of my personal favourites. The song is suprisingly moving and emotional and Vanessa's vocals are really good. 10/10

Bet On It - Troys solo. It's a good song but in the movie, this scene is laughable with the lip synching being indcredibly bad and Zac Efron jumping around like Tarzan. 8/10

Everyday - This song is OK but is actually quite boring. It's Gabriella and Troy's duet at the end of the movie. I might change my mind with time though. 6/10

All For One - I love this song! It's perfect for summer and it'll have you up and dancing until you're out of breath. Definitely a great song to end the movie. Performed by the whole cast 10/10

Humuhumunukunukuapua'a (Bonus Track) - The funniest song I've ever heard. Eg
'Humuhumunukunukuapua'a
Maka Heekee Mala Heenee Hoo
Humuhumunukunukuapua'a
Ooooooh
Hawana Waka Waka Waka
Neekee pu pu pu'
The first time you hear you think 'WHAT ON EARTH?!' but after a few listens you have to love it! 10/10
