Panic! at the Disco: A fever you can't sweat out - Review by Natalie
|
Their first single, I Write Sins and not Tragedies was amazing, which made me decide to get their album. I wasn’t sure whether it would be to my taste at first, as I usually listen to artists in mainstream pop like Ashlee Simpson, Kelly Clarkson and Lindsay Lohan, with a hint of rock (think Greenday and The Killers), but I fell in love with the album the moment I heard it.
The music is so dancey but not too much. The lyrics are creative and poetic in a way no one can ever can imagine. It uses very elegant language, I feel like it’s like Shakespeare in the rock scene! Because of this, you notice that the album also has a classy edge to it.
A perfect debut, energy just flows through this album. Creative, classy, rocking, dancey, A Fever you Can’t Sweat Out is truly like it’s title. It will just keep you hooked and wanting more. A must-have for all dance or rock lovers. But Pop people should also check it out. Panic! At The Disco is definitely my favourite rock band now.
If you want more, you can watch their singles over the internet. They are: I Write Sins not Tragedies, But it’s Better if you Do, and Lying is the most fun a Girl can have without Taking her Clothes off.
