After leaving his family to live a normal life, Fred Claus (Vince Vaughn) has found himself into some money problems, and ends up in jail. Who else but his brother, St. Nicholas (Paul Giamatti), to bail him out! Fred will only get the money if he goes up to the North Poll and pay off his debt by making toys, which turns out to be a bad idea.

In my opinion, the movie was okay. It was definitely funny, but a bit bland. Lets just say there wasn’t much spark. Although, I was very happy to see a movie not only based on Santa Clause, but his brother. This seemed like an interesting story line, and caught my attention in a second. The acting was pretty good, everyone captured the character. I would recommend seeing it, but don’t expect the best.
