While helping his latest client woo the fine lady of his dreams, a professional "date doctor" (Smith) finds game doesn't quite work on the gossip columnist (Mendes) with whom he's smitten.

Hitch is a fantastically funny and touching Romantic Comedy.

Will Smith is perfect in the lead and proves he doesn't mind making a bit of a fool of himself (in character) in the name of comedy. I especially enjoyed a flashback scene showing him as a nerd in college. Kevin James steals most every scene he is in as Albert; he and Will have a great chemistry. Eva Mendes really sparkles as Sara, hopefully we'll be seeing a lot more of her in movies in the future.

There's something to laugh about in each scene and some of the jokes are actually original!

Definitely a must see. Girls take your boyfriend and hope the film will do as it's tagline promises 'The cure for the common man'.

Hitch is a really funny movie with a lot of heart! The plot is a little hard to follow, being they don't say anything about some things. But you can also loose your way while your laughing your guts out during the dancing scene! I really recommend seeing Hitch this weekend!

Hitch is the story of a young date doctor named Alex Hitchens. His job is to help men find the love of their life. But what's wrong is, Alex hasn't even found his! So when he meets Albert, a financial aid who is helpless with the ladies, score the love of his life, superstar Allegra Cole, things are difficult. Thanks to Alex, everything goes well for Albert and Allegra. But there's a special someone out there for everyone! Alex meets Sara, a journalist who could care less about men, he sweeps her off her feet by pulling off some date miracles. Everything ends well, Alex does everything, he makes a new friend, falls in love, and finds about his food allergies!

I would recommend Hitch to any movie go-er! Even if you don't do movies that often, I would recommend you take your date down there. Who knows, maybe YOU will learn some new dating tips!
