Based on the true story of the Z-boys, three best friends who revolutionised the world of skating in the 70's. The film chronicles their rise to fame and the effect it had on their friendship.

I really enjoyed this film. The characters and their relationships were appealing and raw. The cast were terrfic (The real Z-boys served as body doubles for the actors playing them) especially Heath Ledger who was completely different from every other character we've ever seen him play.

Inspiring and enjoyable.

Must see.
