The Station Agent Review

The Station Agent tells the story of Peter Dinklage, a dwarf, who inherits half an acre of land in Newfoundland. The land contains an old Train Station. Peter has always been fascinated with trains. On arrival at his new propery he meets some unusual characters. Jim the talkative and friendly guy who runs a meals on wheels next to the station and Olivia Harris a woman who nearly runs him over (twice). A sort of friendship gradually develops between the three.

The Station Agent is a beautiful story with truly human characters you can't help but relate to. Each has a specific characters that draws you to them

You'll laugh. You'll cry. It's suprising to image a simple story with no car chases or fast pace can draw you in to such a degree that the Station Agent does.

The three stars shine in their roles.
